Hassle-Free Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at help@toykrunch.com within 30 days of receiving your package to request a return authorization.

Apparel items must be in resellable condition unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Items returned damaged due to customer misuse may not qualify for a refund or store credit.

Returns After 30 Days

Returns requested after 30 days but within 45 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.
No Returns After 45 Days
